Tangy Yellow Smoothie

  •  2 cups organic apple or unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 scoops CalciAIM
  • 2 small, or 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 2 heaping Tablespoons plain, low fat yogurt (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
