- 2 scoops ProPeas
- 1 scoop fit-n-fiber the more you add the thicker it gets
- 1 scoop Peak Endurance
- 4 capsules AIMega
- 6 to 8 ounces Vanilla rice milk or other milk of choice
- Frozen fruit (your choice )
- 1 cup Activia yogurt
Instructions:
Using a personal mixer, add all ingredients except AIMega. Bite the tips of the AIMega capsules and squeeze the contents into the mixture. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 20 oz disposable cup. On the side, swallow one Cellsparc 360 capsule with a small amount of water. Grab your cup of breakfast and hit the road.
Note: The idea is “Whatever you have on-hand”. If you have some oats, sprinkle them in. Banana? Crushed walnuts… why not? Got some juice in the frig… pour a bit in. Open a PrepZyme capsule and dump it in. Whatever comes to mind that you have, be flexible and keep it convenient. That’s what bachelors do!
