Berry Oat Smoothie

  • 2 cups nonfat milk or rice milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ rolled oats
  • ½ banana, peeled and chopped
  • 2 scoops ProPeas
  • 2 capsules of AIMega poke and squeeze into mixture
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries or any berry of your choice

 Blend all ingredients until smooth.
