- 2 cups nonfat milk or rice milk
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ rolled oats
- ½ banana, peeled and chopped
- 2 scoops ProPeas
- 2 capsules of AIMega poke and squeeze into mixture
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups frozen blueberries or any berry of your choice
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
