Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 1 scoop ProPeas
  • 1 scoop Fit ‘n fiber
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin
  • ½ cup greek nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/8  teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon good quality vanilla
  • Nutmeg and cinnamon to your liking

 Blend and serve.
