Baked Fish
- 4 fillets of white fish (cod, halibut, snapper, sole)
- 3 Tbsp AIM BarleyLife® Pesto
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Butter casserole pan and place fish in it. Spread a mixture of pesto, mayo, and lime juice on top. Cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.

- 4 gloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp pine nuts, walnuts, or sunflower seeds
- 3 tsp AIM BarleyLife®
- 3 tsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp coarse grind pepper
