Barley Cream Dream

  • 25 almonds (2 Tbsp), preferably organic, soaked overnight
  • 1 banana  
  • 1/4 cup yogurt or soy yogurt
  • 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp AIM BarleyLife®

Soak the almonds overnight in warm purified water; peel. Puree the banana, almonds and yogurt in a blender until smooth, about 4 minutes. Add AIM BarleyLife®, blend briefly.
