- 25 almonds (2 Tbsp), preferably organic, soaked overnight
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup yogurt or soy yogurt
- 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp AIM BarleyLife®
Soak the almonds overnight in warm purified water; peel. Puree the banana, almonds and yogurt in a blender until smooth, about 4 minutes. Add AIM BarleyLife®, blend briefly.
