- 2 avocados
- 1 8oz pkg. light cream cheese (neufchatel)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp AIM BarleyLife®
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- AIM Just Carrots®
Peel and mash avocados. Finely mince garlic. Blend all ingredients. If necessary use 1-2 Tbsp water to soften. Sprinkle with AIM Just Carrots®. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers, etc.
