When David and Linda Cole say that their focus is to “walk the walk,” they mean it! “We start every day with a brisk walk from our home in the country up a gravel hill through the woods,” Linda says. The joy and freedoms the Coles experience from owning their own AIM business is evident, if not by their lifestyle then certainly by Linda’s exuberant shouts of “wahoo” and “awesome!”
In the past, life wasn’t so happy for the Coles. Linda was fighting breast cancer, and David was working hard in the pharmaceutical industry. With their AIM business, the Coles are afforded the time to be together, and to live a healthy lifestyle together.
Thanks in part to the incredible health benefits they have experienced from a raw foods diet and AIM products, the Coles have dedicated their lives to promoting a healthier way of living for others. David says, “We are excited to be able to work full-time in our health ministry and to take our free health seminars to new levels to reach more people throughout the world.”
With so much enthusiasm and ambition, the Coles quickly climbed AIM’s Ladder of Opportunity™ and were ecstatic about the changes not only in their health but also in their personal freedoms. “I made more money than I had previously made working 18 years outside of my home,” Linda says. “Now we’re able to run our business out of our home, on our own time, and with our priorities and creativity.”
Besides spreading the word, the Coles say they have enough time away from the business to do what they truly enjoy. David says, “We love to meet new people, dance, work out at the gym, boat, fish, hike, walk, and spend quality time with each other, our loved ones, friends, and the church.” Linda agrees wholeheartedly with one of her infectious outbursts. “It’s been awesome!”
When working properly, network marketing multiplies each business builder’s efforts over and over again providing exponential growth and great rewards. Instead of a one person sales force accomplishing a little, you end up with many people working together to accomplish a lot. To better understand what is possible, consider a simple example. A Member sponsors four Members who in turn go out and sponsor two Members each. Those two Members sponsor two who in turn sponsor two and so forth.
Now AIM’s $mart$tart™ pays every Member a 20 percent commission on the first purchase of each Member they sign up (sponsor). Plus AIM pays all the standard commissions that are earned via AIM’s Opportunity Compensation Plan Compensation plan. The Opportunity Compensation Plan pays an organizational commission – that is commission based on your AIM title. This means that Members who are sharing with others can earn an additional 6 to 18 percent for a total of 26 to 38 percent on the first purchase of those they sponsor. But it doesn’t stop there. As a Director, your new Member points also go toward earning bonuses. So there is tremendous incentive to introduce the AIM products and AIM membership to new people.
A little over 12 years ago, a friend approached Mary-Ann Shearer with a bottle of green powder. Not keen on the taste of green, Mary-Ann gave it to her teenage daughter who pronounced it “totally gross.” The bottle sat on the shelf until it was thrown out during a move five years later.
