Royal Emerald Promotion: Dave and Linda Cole

When David and Linda Cole say that their focus is to “walk the walk,” they mean it! “We start every day with a brisk walk from our home in the country up a gravel hill through the woods,” Linda says. The joy and freedoms the Coles experience from owning their own AIM business is evident, if not by their lifestyle then certainly by Linda’s exuberant shouts of “wahoo” and “awesome!”

In the past, life wasn’t so happy for the Coles. Linda was fighting breast cancer, and David was working hard in the pharmaceutical industry. With their AIM business, the Coles are afforded the time to be together, and to live a healthy lifestyle together.

Thanks in part to the incredible health benefits they have experienced from a raw foods diet and AIM products, the Coles have dedicated their lives to promoting a healthier way of living for others. David says, “We are excited to be able to work full-time in our health ministry and to take our free health seminars to new levels to reach more people throughout the world.”

With so much enthusiasm and ambition, the Coles quickly climbed AIM’s Ladder of Opportunity™ and were ecstatic about the changes not only in their health but also in their personal freedoms. “I made more money than I had previously made working 18 years outside of my home,” Linda says. “Now we’re able to run our business out of our home, on our own time, and with our priorities and creativity.”

Besides spreading the word, the Coles say they have enough time away from the business to do what they truly enjoy. David says, “We love to meet new people, dance, work out at the gym, boat, fish, hike, walk, and spend quality time with each other, our loved ones, friends, and the church.” Linda agrees wholeheartedly with one of her infectious outbursts. “It’s been awesome!”

AIM's $mart$tart = Dynamic Networking with Loren Schiele

Loren Schiele When working properly, network marketing multiplies each business builder’s efforts over and over again providing exponential growth and great rewards. Instead of a one person sales force accomplishing a little, you end up with many people working together to accomplish a lot. To better understand what is possible, consider a simple example. A Member sponsors four Members who in turn go out and sponsor two Members each. Those two Members sponsor two who in turn sponsor two and so forth.

The result is a multiplying of efforts. Figure 1 shows this example of how one Member can increase to 61 Members. Figure 2 shows the exponential growth, from a theoretical standpoint, that occurs as each Member reaches out to share with others. Actual results depend on how much each individual Member purchases, how often each Member purchases, whether or not Members stay active, and how many (if any) people each Member sponsors.

Prior to $mart$tart™, Members had to accumulate 450 points within a consecutive three-month period before receiving compensation.

Now AIM’s $mart$tart™ pays every Member a 20 percent commission on the first purchase of each Member they sign up (sponsor). Plus AIM pays all the standard commissions that are earned via AIM’s Opportunity Compensation Plan Compensation plan. The Opportunity Compensation Plan pays an organizational commission – that is commission based on your AIM title. This means that Members who are sharing with others can earn an additional 6 to 18 percent for a total of 26 to 38 percent on the first purchase of those they sponsor. But it doesn’t stop there. As a Director, your new Member points also go toward earning bonuses. So there is tremendous incentive to introduce the AIM products and AIM membership to new people.

With great incentives given to every Member to share with others, your sales force will increase causing growth to occur. That is what makes networking dynamic. We’ve had tremendous products for a long time, and good reports abound. With the addition of AIM’s $mart$tart™ program, we now also have a tremendous income opportunity.

From skeptics to Chairman's Club

shearerA little over 12 years ago, a friend approached Mary-Ann Shearer with a bottle of green powder. Not keen on the taste of green, Mary-Ann gave it to her teenage daughter who pronounced it “totally gross.” The bottle sat on the shelf until it was thrown out during a move five years later.

A few years after that, another good friend contacted Mary-Ann to share how she was thriving physically and financially with AIM and urged Mary-Ann to join the AIM family. The more the friend “nagged,” the more Mary-Ann put up her defenses. As an expert in nutrition and best-selling author of several books on health and nutrition, Mary-Ann felt she had to be very careful about anything she promoted, especially if she profited from the sale of the product. Her friend continued to send information Mary-Ann’s way, but it wasn’t until Mark ran into a longtime friend that things began to change.

One day, Mark saw a friend who had struggled physically and financially for many years. She looked great and was on her way to serve in Israel, supporting herself through her AIM business in South Africa. When Mark asked about her transformation, the friend attributed it to AIM products and the compensation plan. Mark was sold and pushed Mary-Ann to connect with the friend who had been sending them information all these years with a view to getting some of “that green stuff.”

“We signed up and ordered the product not only for ourselves, but for all our staff, our children, and the dog and cat!” Mary-Ann remembers, “My thinking was that, if I saw some real results in a wide range of people, I could really get behind the product.”
Longtime proponents of a natural, healthy diet, the Shearers didn’t expect to see much difference by adding AIM’s barley product to their regimen, but they did! They and several of their staff experienced symptoms of detoxification. Their dog, on the verge of being put down due to a painful back condition, recovered and continues to bounce around six years later.

“I was so impressed that I told everyone and sent out a news bulletin to our database. This resulted in our becoming Directors in our first month with AIM.”

Although not interested in building a business, the positive results of AIM products in people’s lives—both physically and financially—spurred the Shearers to become bolder in their promotion of AIM products and the business opportunity.
“One top AIM Member in South Africa told us we could make more with AIM than in our healthy food business,” recalls Mary-Ann. “We laughed at him and said that was not our goal. But he was right. Now, six years later, our AIM income is more than double our other income.”

The Shearers’ two daughters, Melissa Klopper and Marie-Claire, are both AIM Directors. As young mothers, they have found AIM BarleyLife® essential for breastfeeding their babies and both the Shearer grandchildren, Stephen and Dylan, have been raised on AIM BarleyLife®.

Mark and Mary-Ann travel extensively giving talks and presentations around the world. They say they never leave home without the AIM Garden Trio® and AIMega™. Many of the other AIM products are also part of their nutritional profile.
The Shearers have come a long way, from entrenched skeptics to unabashed champions of AIM and the AIM products. Congratulations to AIM Chairman’s Club Members Mary-Ann and Mark Shearer.
