Cranberry Orange Smoothie

  •  2-4 oz cranberry juice
  • 4-6 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 orange sectioned, or 1/2 cup mandarin oranges slices, or 1 tangerine sectioned
  • 2 Tbsp Raspberry AIM Herbal Fiberblend®
  • 1 cup raw, fresh, or frozen cranberries

Put ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately. Enjoy!

Berry Banana Lean Team Smoothie

  •   1 cup yogurt
  •   8 oz ice (1 Cup)
  •  12 oz water
  •   2 scoops ProPeas
  •   1 scoop fit n fiber
  •   2 capsules Florafood
  •   1 cup strawberries frozen or fresh
  •   1 cup pineapple frozen or fresh
  •   ½ cup blueberries frozen or fresh
  •   1 banana

 Blend and serve.
